EduBuilder is an online tool which may be used to develop web-based course materials and to administer tests. Programming knowledge is not required to develop a course. A new course may be developed by completing the following steps:

•  Add a new course
•  Add a new chapter
•  Add course materials in the form of text screens
•  Add testing materials in the form of different types of questions
•  Set the general settings for the course and publish the course online

EduBuilder is fully web-based. This means that both the development of courses as well as participation in them occurs via the Internet. The advantage of this is that the EduBuilder is available on every computer with an Internet connection. All of the courses that are developed are also available via the Internet. EduBuilder never has to be installed on a computer.
