The care system for the quality of employees...

One of the main products in the range of services OSE offers is the online care system designed to optimize and guarantee the quality and availability (‘employability') of employees. This system provides organisations with guidance in the form of a consultancy project through analyses of job positions within the organisation and the identification of the competences which are required for the performance of the duties specific to certain positions.   
The end result of this care project is the creation of a complete company training plan (CTP) for all of the positions within the organisation and a personal development plan (PDP) for each individual employee.

Employability Manager
The performance of these analysis activities is supported by the Employability Manager, a software system developed by OSE which may be used via the Internet.    
Employability Manager also provides support in:

  • registration and management of training programmes
  • scheduling of training programmes for each employee or group of employees
  • planning of special projects related to the employability of employees
  • registration of training programme results and the management and use of e-learning (e.g., interactive multimedia CBTs)

The Employability Manager is a Training Management and Competence Management system that supports the optimisation and guarantee of the quality and availability (‘employability') of employees.

The EmployabilityManager has been developed in accordance with the GMP guidelines as set out in GAMP4. Within the framework of the FDA's (Food and Drug Administration) CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) part 11, this product features functionalities such as electronic signature and audit trail. EmployabilityManager has been declared GMP compliant by pharmaceutical companies.
The system guides organisations in the analyses of job positions and the identification of the competences which are required for the performance of the duties specific to certain positions.  A comparison between the competences deemed necessary and the individual qualities of the employee generates a personal development plan.

Instructions, process descriptions, manuals, CBTs (Computer Based Training), etc. that are used in the educational or training programme and which are stored in the organisation's internal network may be activated and consulted and/or studied by the employee from his or her personal development plan.

Completed training programmes are registered and, dependent on the period of validity, will be rescheduled automatically, on the basis of the interval.
